Refund & Return Policy:

We are delighted to process refunds for items that remain unused, unopened, and in pristine, fully resalable condition within 2 days of their arrival. Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns for any items that have been opened due to health, safety, and hygiene considerations. In the event that your delivered product is damaged, please make your claim within 2 days of delivery. Claims made after this period will not be accepted.

How to initiate a return:

For your convenience, we recommend utilizing your local Post Office's 'Royal Mail Signed For' service when returning items. Don't forget to request proof of postage or a receipt to safeguard against rare incidents.

Additionally, please enclose a note inside the return parcel containing your name, order number, and the reason for returning the product. This will enable us to expedite the return process as efficiently as possible.

Return postage costs:

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the item is determined to be faulty. We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund if the goods are returned in a condition that is not suitable for resale or if they have been damaged or opened.

How to obtain a refund:

The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase. Once a refund is issued, it may take up to 5 working days (excluding bank holidays and weekends) for your bank or PayPal to process the funds back into your account, though usually, it occurs on the same day. If you haven't received your refund within a reasonable timeframe after returning your items, please contact us promptly or get in touch with your bank or payment provider.

Faulty items purchased online:

If you receive an item that you believe is faulty or encounter issues with a purchased item, please submit a support ticket via the contact form. One of our team members will assist in resolving the issue or provide you with the necessary return forms.

Please Note: All returns, whether for unwanted or faulty items, must be logged through our ticketing system. Unauthorized returns will regrettably not be processed.

Return address:

To return an unwanted or faulty item, please contact us via email or the provided contact number. It's important to note that you are responsible for the costs associated with returning the items to us. We recommend using a tracked service for all returns and, for items exceeding a value of £50, an insured service. We cannot be held responsible for any returns lost in transit.

International orders:

In the event that an international order is seized by customs, we cannot accept responsibility for this. Customers are advised to verify all customs regulations with their country's authorities. We do not accept refund or chargeback claims related to customs issues; it is the customer's responsibility to ensure compliance with customs laws.
